Although Celista Cabinetry has only recently opened it’s doors in the North Shuswap region, the business has been in the fermenting stage for many years. Rob Pawluk, the founder, is well used to the business world. Owning a substantial commercial millwork shop in Edmonton from 1975–2001, he has many years of experience in this industry.

In 2001, Rob took a break from manufacturing and became involved in the software side of woodworking. He became a partner in Planit Canada Inc., providing sales and service for the leading edge software Cabinet Vision, a design and engineering software that is now the industry standard solution for serious woodworkers.

Contemplating retirement life, Rob thought it would be fun to combine his knowledge of operating a woodworking shop with his knowledge of technology and automation. Consequently, Celista Cabinetry was born and is beginning to find its place in the market, establishing an early reputation for high quality, on-time delivery and competitive pricing.
